Psychometric Assessments

OCG is able to offer a wide range of assessment tools to meet the needs of your business.  Our objective is to ensure feedback is tailored and relevant.  We have access to a number of psychometric assessment tools - these can be applied to roles ranging from entry level to senior management and executive.  OCG's two Registered Psychologists are accredited to interpret the broad range of personality and abilities tests in a commercially relevant way.

OCG utilises three assessment providers as highlighted below.  All these options include computer generated reporting as well as Psychologist written assessments:

  1. Chandler Macleod Group:
    Chandler Macleod Group is the cornerstone shareholder of OCG Consulting. They have a fifty year history of psychometric assessment and have access to a range of psychometric assessment tools including the Humm Wadsworth Personality Profile.  The Humm Wadsworth is a particularly useful tool for understanding an individual’s behaviours on the job as well as their underlying motivators, drivers and stress reactors.  By gaining a deeper understanding of a person's personality profile, you can truly motivate them to perform.  The Humm Wadsworth can ultimately assist with the selection of potential employees as well as development and management of new and existing staff.
  2. Saville Holdsworth (SHL):
    SHL offers a range of psychometric tests including the OPQ Personality Profile.  They also provide a number of cognitive and ability tests including abstract reasoning, numerical critical thinking and verbal critical thinking.
  3. Previsor:
    This Talent Technologies testing product helps organisations develop, select and retain talent to maximise profit.  It is an online competency based assessment tool that uses a multi-method approach combining measures of competencies, aptitude and skills into a single assessment - these are used to differentiate short-listed candidates.  Previsor assesses a broad range of competencies and can be used for recruitment, employee development and succession planning (identifying individual potential to be promoted).  One of the main benefits is that the testing can eventually be managed independently - so you can ultimately set up candidates for testing, print and interpret reports and provide candidates with feedback.  Support from OCG can be provided where required.
