In March 2008 OCG increased its Wellington footprint by acquiring the generalist recruitment company, Challenger Recruitment Ltd. This acquisition, combined with our existing Wellington businesses, gave OCG the ability to deliver tailored services across the Wellington market catering to it’s unique combination of private and public sector employers. OCG now works extensively across the Government sector, it also partners a range of financial services providers and has an established track record supporting utilities and a broad range of SME businesses within Wellington, the Hutt valley and the Porirua basin.
