Shane joined OCG as General Manager, Wellington in November 2009. His recruitment experience spans 12 years in executive recruitment and HR consulting partnering a range of Private and Public sector organisations. Shane then 'crossed the fence', spending 3 years as the HR Manager of a group of property companies before returning to the recruitment industry to head up the Wellington operations of a global recruitment consultancy. Shane manages the OCG Wellington Office and is responsible for senior appointments and driving senior strategic relationships.

Christabella has a background in teaching and theatre before commencing her career in recruitment. Working in a local Wellington agency for over 6 years, with the last year as Manager, she has experience in temporary and permanent placements within the Corporate and Public sectors - in a wide variety of roles, from Business Support to Middle Management. After four years of travelling and contract work, Christabella joined the OCG team in September 2009, specialising in the recruitment of temporary Business Support roles.

Louise joined OCG Consulting in May 2010 after returning to New Zealand at the end of a two year working holiday in Australia. Louise completed a Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in Management in 2007 and in this same year received the NZIM Award for Academic Excellence before travelling to Europe and moving to Perth in 2008. Louise has six years experience in general administrative roles, including positions as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant and HR Assistant in both the public and private sector.

Prior to moving to NZ, Matt spent eight years working in a range of roles across the banking, financial service and sales sectors. Matt particularly enjoys the challenge of finding candidates for those hard to fill roles, which has led to the development of his international sourcing expertise. After working for a large NZ owned generalist recruiter for over 18 months, Matt joined OCG in September 2009, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the Insurance, Superannuation and Banking sectors. He has built up an impressive database of contacts across the Public and Private sectors throughout Wellington.

Nikki joins OCG Wellington, having just immigrated to New Zealand. She graduated from Northumbria University, and has 4 years recruitment experience in the UK Construction industry. Nikki holds a qualification in Recruitment Practice, and has enjoyed a variety of roles including Branch Administration, Resourcing and Account Management. She strives to build and maintain relationships, and joins OCG to manage the candidate database and provide recruitment support to the Executive team.

Wendy entered the Recruitment industry in 2005 following an extensive career in Public sector Policy roles. She then went on to hold Policy positions at the UK Treasury and New Zealand’s Ministry of Education.
