Sara has eighteen years recruitment experience, initially working in the UK and for the last eleven years in the New Zealand executive recruitment arena. Specialising in senior Sales, Marketing and General Management appointments, Sara and her team work with a wide range of service providers encompassing financial services, IT & telecommunications, utilities and public sector. Sara holds an honours degree in International Business & French.

Pip graduated with a Commerce Degree in Marketing in 2000. Utilising her Marketing degree, Pip worked within a reputable electronics brand for four years before beginning her recruitment career in London. She spent over four years working across the Accounting and Finance function for a number of FTSE 100 companies, latterly specialising in Tax. Pip returned to Auckland to join OCG in 2008 and specialises in recruiting permanent mid to senior Operational roles for the Financial Services sector.

Amanda joined the recruitment industry in January 2005 following a career in Insurance and Banking within New Zealand and the UK. She began her recruitment career within a specialist agency, moving to a role which specialised in recruiting permanent and contract Sales roles at the Executive level. Amanda joined the OCG Services team in 2008 and specialises in recruiting permanent mid to senior Sales & Marketing roles in the sector.

Kim joined OCG in 2000 after working in South Africa and the UK . During her time with OCG she has worked across a number of different parts of the business. For the past seven years she specialised in Sales & Marketing roles, with a particular focus on the Retail and Wholesale sector. Now as part of the sales and marketing team Kim is specialising in contracting roles across the services, financial services, retail and wholesale sectors.

Katie graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2004 with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science. She has been working in the recruitment industry in Auckland since 2004, and joined the Financial Services team at OCG in 2008. Katie specialises in the placement of mid to senior roles within the Operational, Marketing & Communications, and Sales areas of the Financial Services sector.

Kirsten Shearer has over ten years generalist recruitment experience working in both the Australian and New Zealand markets. Her recruitment expertise for the last seven years has been appointing senior professionals in Sales, Marketing and Communications across a wide range of Industries. Kirsten has recently joined OCG Consulting and specialises in recruiting permanent mid to senior sales and marketing roles for the Services sector.

Tim has rejoined OCG, previously recruiting in our Accounting and Finance Support team. Since then, he has studied, travelled and most recently recruited in the Public Sector. Tim will be specialising in the placement of temporary Accounting & Finance Support roles.

Originally from Otago, Hamish’s recruitment experience spans over ten years. Hamish has been with OCG Consulting since 2005 and has successfully recruited senior positions across a broad range of businesses including Sales Managers, Marketing Managers and General Managers. Hamish has a sole focus on the FMCG sector and recruits permanent and contracting roles.

Michelle brings with her over 10 years International and NZ experience in Human Resources, HR Management and Recruitment, across a variety of sectors. Of recent, Michelle was working in-house as the corporate recruiter for NZ Largest Entertainment Group before heading off on maternity leave. Michelle returned to OCG in June 2011 as an Associate Consultant focusing on mid to senior Sales and Marketing roles across the Services sector.

Following seven years within internal HR and external recruitment roles in NZ and abroad, Bonita joined OCG’s Executive Accounting & Finance team in early 2008 to recruit senior level accounting roles. In June 2011, Bonita returned to OCG from maternity leave to join the Executive Leasing team in a a project role before returning to her role as Consultant in the Executive Accounting & Finance Permanent team in October 2011.

Fiona joined the Wellington team in 2008 from a boutique generalist agency where she recruited a broad range of roles in both the permanent and temporary space. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and gained a solid work history in hospitality management. She brings with her well developed relationship building and customer service skills and thrives on the fast pace of the industry.
Fiona specialises in recruiting HR, Marketing and Communications for the Wellington executive team.

Christabella has a background in teaching and theatre before commencing her career in recruitment. Working in a local Wellington agency for over 6 years, with the last year as Manager, she has experience in temporary and permanent placements within the Corporate and Public sectors - in a wide variety of roles, from Business Support to Middle Management. After four years of travelling and contract work, Christabella joined the OCG team in September 2009, specialising in the recruitment of temporary Business Support roles.

After graduating from the University of East Anglia with a BSc in Business Management Steve started working in the Sales industry in a number of specialist sectors. Immigrating to New Zealand in 2002 Steve worked in sales and sales management roles, he established his own business in 2003 which he sold as a going concern before entering the recruitment industry in 2005. Steve has over 5 years experience in the NZ recruitment market working on a range of roles from entry level to senior management positions. At OCG Steve specializes in Business Support, temporary and permanent positions.

Louise joined OCG Consulting in May 2010 after returning to New Zealand at the end of a two year working holiday in Australia. Louise completed a Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in Management in 2007 and in this same year received the NZIM Award for Academic Excellence before travelling to Europe and moving to Perth in 2008. Louise has six years experience in general administrative roles, including positions as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant and HR Assistant in both the public and private sector.
