Following seven years within internal HR and external recruitment roles in NZ and abroad, Bonita joined OCG’s Executive Accounting & Finance team in early 2008 to recruit senior level accounting roles. In June 2011, Bonita returned to OCG from maternity leave to join the Executive Leasing team in a a project role before returning to her role as Consultant in the Executive Accounting & Finance Permanent team in October 2011.

Louise joined OCG Consulting in May 2010 after returning to New Zealand at the end of a two year working holiday in Australia. Louise completed a Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in Management in 2007 and in this same year received the NZIM Award for Academic Excellence before travelling to Europe and moving to Perth in 2008. Louise has six years experience in general administrative roles, including positions as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant and HR Assistant in both the public and private sector.
