This role sits within the Workforce Management team of one of the country's largest Banking & Financial Services organisation.
A unique opportunity has presented itself for a skilled and experienced Forecast Analyst to join this team as a key driver of the contact centre's service level agreements.
You must have proven yourself in the principles of workforce management in a similar environment and have highly developed analytical, forecasting and problem solving skills. You'll also have a knack for process improvement and developing key initiatives within the contact centre that also drive the success of all SLA's.
