Shane then 'crossed the fence', spending 3 years as the HR Manager of a group of property companies before returning to the recruitment industry to head up the Wellington operations of a global recruitment consultancy. Victoria joined OCG in 2003, bringing with her strong customer service and leadership experience following several years working in Team Leader/Customer Service roles in the UK and New Zealand. As Operations Manager for OCG, Victoria is responsible for our day-to-day operations, admin processes and systems through the management of our Administrative team. She is involved in project teams to ensure outstanding quality and service delivery to all stakeholders. Victoria also provides support to the Management team and the OCG Development Centre.
