Sharon entered the recruitment industry in 1990 having previously worked in sales and management within the Banking & Finance and Office Equipment industries. In the UK for 5 years, Sharon was a senior manager in a large London Accounting & Finance recruitment company and then joined OCG Consulting in 1996. Primarily recruiting in Accounting & Finance and HR, Sharon has also recruited some Sales & Marketing and Technical & Operations roles. As Manager of Research & Sourcing since 2008, Sharon is focused on OCG's candidate attraction capabilities encompassing overseas alliances, technology and partnerships.

Tracey began her career in the recruitment industry in 1992 after completing her degree in Industrial Psychology overseas. She has over 17 years of selection experience including 9 years with OCG Consulting in various disciplines including Sales & Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Technical & Operations and HR. More recently she has been supporting OCG's research and sourcing offerings, applying her broad industry knowledge to achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders.

Kathryn has recently joined OCG as a recent graduate of Commerce and Organisational Psychology. She currently supports our in house Pscyhologist in psychometric assessement and has also been working closely with the Research and Sourcing team. Kathryn has also bought with her considerable experience in comphrehensive interviewing and assessement and individual development.
