Scott's recruitment experience spans nearly 10 years having come from a sales recruitment and training background in the UK. Since joining OCG in 2003 he has enjoyed a breadth of recruitment and management experience across Accounting, Operations, Sales and Marketing disciplines, within the FMCG, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, IT and Retail sectors. Scott is now responsible for managing the Sales/Marketing, Accounting/ Finance and Supply Chain/Operations teams. He is also responsible for driving business development and strategy across the Retail/Wholesale and Manufacturing/Industrial sectors.

Johnny joined OCG in 2010 and has over 10 year experience in recruiting across most disciplines including Supply Chain & Operations, Sales & Marketing and Business Transformation and Change. Johnny specialises in recruiting mid to senior roles within the wider Supply Chain and Operations area.

Tom started his career in Sales & Marketing in the Not For Profit sector and has recruited Sales and Marketing professionals since 1998. Tom joined OCG's FMCG team in 2000 and was managing the FMCG Sales and Marketing permanent team in 2011 when he took a sabbatical to travel in Europe with his family. Returning to OCG in 2012 he specialises in recruiting Sales and Marketing role in the Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.

Following seven years within internal and external recruitment roles in NZ and abroad, Bonita joined OCG’s Executive Accounting & Finance team in early 2008 to recruit senior level accounting & finance roles. In June 2011, Bonita returned to OCG from maternity leave to join the Executive Leasing team in a project role before returning to the Executive Accounting & Finance Permanent team as a Senior Consultant in October 2011. Bonita currently recruits executive accounting roles within the FMCG, Freight/Logistics and Health sectors.

Mark joined OCG's Supply Chain & Operations team in January 2010 after nearly 4 years recruiting Technical and Operations roles for a NZ owned recruitment company in Auckland. He has a BTech (Chemical) and spent a number of years working in Research & Development before beginning his career in recruitment. Mark specialises in recruiting mid to senior roles within the wider Supply Chain and Operations area.

Rosy has 8 years experience recruiting in the Auckland market and is a specialist in recruiting senior Accounting and Finance roles. Most recently, she ran a contracting desk for a global recruitment consultancy and has recruited across a wide range of sectors, successfully placing roles from newly qualified Financial Accountants through to CFO level. She joined OCG’s Permanent Executive Accounting and Finance Team in March 2012.

Jo has an extensive background in Accounting, both in New Zealand and the UK, and has worked in recruitment since 2000, predominantly with OCG. Jo joined the Executive Leasing team in 2003.

Mate first joined OCG in August 2008 as an Associate Consultant in the Sales and Marketing Executive Leasing team. He then left to work in the Travel industry before spending some more time within the Building and Construction industry. He returned to OCG in May 2011 in another Associate Consultant role- this time in Supply Chains and Operations. Prior to joining OCG he has spent time with Building and Construction and FMCG as well as spending several years working overseas in USA, Japan and Canada.

Kim entered the recruitment industry in 2005, commencing her career as a consultant with an Auckland based boutique agency. She has recruited a variety of roles over many sectors, concentrating mainly within the Manufacturing arena. Kim joined OCG in July 2007 recruiting Sales & Marketing positions and more recently, permanent Business Support roles.

Judith Sheehan has recently returned from parental leave to join the Accounting and Finance Contract Team. Judith brings 7 years recruitment experience and has been with OCG since 2006. She will be specialising in the Manufacturing and Financial Services sectors.

Tim has rejoined OCG, previously recruiting in our Accounting and Finance Support team. Since then, he has studied, travelled and most recently recruited in the Public Sector. Tim will be specialising in the placement of temporary Accounting & Finance Support roles.
