Recruiters lift their game, but is it good enough?

For the second time in 18 months OCG have conducted their comprehensive Candidate Care survey. Surveying over 2000 job seeking candidates the OCG survey asks respondents to rank their candidate care experiences when dealing direct with Employers versus their experiences when dealing with a Recruitment Consultancy.  Compared to the previous survey conducted in March 2009 both employers and recruiters have improved their overall standard of candidate care with recruitment consultants seeing the greatest levels of improvement since the March 2009 survey.  Read more...
