About the role:

It's a broader role than purely workforce planning as you'll be responsible for making improvements on how they manage people, plant and equipment. You'll be satisfied by increasing efficiency which will lead to reducing costs.

About you:

You'll have broad experience with resource planning with a specific focus on workforce planning and ideally with exposure to managing capital equipment. You're financially astute as you'll need to work closely with the finance team to identify opportunities for efficiencies. You're approachable and supportive so you'll work well with people across the organisation who come from a variety of backgrounds. You're creative and you can think laterally so you'll come up with innovative solutions for ambiguous problems. You're a positive and constructive person and you'll bring a can do attitude to a role requiring adaptability and flexibility.
