Diane (Di) joined OCG on 1 April 2022, to support permanent
recruitment in the Policy and Governance space, after spending just over a year
in the Business Support team with Chandler Macleod.
Di has worked in both public and private industry, providing
high-level secretariat services and consultation to Chief Executives and
Boards. These roles have given her solid experience in the requirements of
Government policy and governance processes.
During her working career Di has spent 5 years in recruitment, both
as a Consultant, and in-house HR / recruitment within the public sector.
