General Manager - Auckland

Kirsty has worked in the recruitment industry since 1998, initially in the London banking sector and then in New Zealand recruiting Sales & Marketing positions. She developed her career with OCG progressing into leadership team roles, overseeing both a sales and marketing and cross-functional sector team. Kirsty ran her own specialist recruitment business for a number of years and more recently has been in Human Resources where she led the People & Performance function for a well-known FMCG business. She has recently re-joined OCG where she specialises in the Financial Services Sector and Human Resources. Kirsty brings a wealth of recruitment experience in best practice selection and innovative sourcing via her networks.
