Pinnacle IT Recruitment are now the OCG Technology Team – the same experienced consultants, now fully integrated into the OCG Consulting business.

The OCG Technology team are highly experienced recruitment specialists in the New Zealand market, with close to 50 years recruiting between us. Our approach is driven through strong business partnering with our clients, understanding their business and helping them execute their resourcing through a highly visible process. We are not transaction managers. Our aim is to truly partner with our clients and in the spirit of this you can expect a more consultative approach –  we will take the time to fully understand the company, the organisational culture and the role; we’ll offer valuable insight into what our clients are up against in terms of competition, salary level, the number of qualified candidates and most of all be honest about it all.

The first-ever New Zealand survey about changes to the flexibility provisions in employment law highlights the growing risks for employers who are either unaware of their obligations, or are reluctant to comply with the new requirements. The study, undertaken by recruitment firm OCG Consulting and Diversitas, an Auckland-based diversity consultancy, found that 68% of people would consider leaving their current role if offered a comparable job but with greater flexibility.  read more...
