OCG was formed in February 2000 by a management buyout of the executive services business of one of New Zealand's largest privately owned recruitment firms. This management buyout was created from a legacy of experience, product and services, processes, reputation and relationships.
In November 2007, Chandler Macleod acquired a majority shareholding in OCG (82%). The OCG Group including Pinnacle Recruitment is 100% owned by the Chandler Macleod Group Ltd, as of September 30th 2010.
