Based in the lower North Island, from humble beginnings as a small, privately owned building and construction company, it has grown to become a major force in the property development, construction and management sector, with its footprint encompassing aged care facilities, events, wedding and conference, rental accommodation, and social housing to name some.
It has reached the stage in its growth, where the Board has made the decision to recruit a Chief Executive in a newly created role to work with it and the founder, to oversee and drive the next phase of its growth and ensure it is well structured and resourced to maximise the opportunities that are planned for the next five years.

About The Role

- Leading and supporting the general management team to succeed in their roles
- Ensure the business is aligned with the strategic direction mandated by the board
- Regular financial and management reporting on the performance of the business units to the board
- Identifying growth opportunities that are aligned with its capability and strategy
- Ensure all the systems are robust and fit-for-purpose to enable and support the business
- Ensuring the company meets all its statutory and legal obligations with an emphasis on health and safety in the workplace.
