About the role:
Are you an experienced, hands-on Data and BI Lead with proven expertise in Tableau to drive data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence projects within a family business in a small team. You will play a key role in managing data infrastructure, creating insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across teams. This is an opportunity to work in a family-owned business with a small IT team, where there is room to grow and thrive. The position requires someone with extensive Tableau experience, capable of training teams and guiding business-led decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute data architecture and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and security. 
• Lead the development of BI and Data analytics solutions. 
• Maintain and build BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into key business metrics. 
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide actionable insights. 
• Work with data visualisation tools to present actionable insights to stakeholders 
• Work with various teams to integrate data into daily operations

About you:

• You must have in-depth knowledge and experience in working with Tableau
• Have 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence tools and data analytics
• Experienced with SQL, Python, or R
• Strong experience in building data pipelines, data governance and ETL processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative – someone who can wear many hats
