- Setting and executing an organisation-wide ICT strategy
- Leading a high-performing, customer-centric ICT team
- Driving major digital transformation and enterprise architecture improvements
- Ensuring world-class cyber security, compliance, and operational performance
- Partnering across the business and wider company network
- Leading strategic vendor and project management (including CAPEX/OPEX oversight)
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead ICT Strategy & Vision – Develop and communicate a bold and practical technology roadmap aligned with our strategic goals.
- Drive Operational Excellence – Ensure our infrastructure is robust, reliable, secure, and scalable.
- Oversee Major Projects – Deliver project outcomes with measurable ROI, while leading governance and transformation.
- Champion Cybersecurity – Maintain a strong, proactive security posture through audits, compliance, and education.
- Inspire Your Team – Recruit, mentor and lead a skilled team while fostering innovation and ownership.
- Enhance Vendor Partnerships – Manage critical vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery and value for money.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years’ senior digital/IT leadership experience
- Proven track record in delivering complex ICT strategies and projects
- Strong enterprise architecture, cyber security, and compliance knowledge
- Experience in demerging/spinning off tech environments
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing significant OPEX and CAPEX budgets ($2M+ each)
