- Lead and optimise the organisation’s core service delivery functions
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and inclusion
- Implement performance frameworks and operational excellence tools
- Oversee large-scale transformation of service systems and processes
- Manage escalations, risk and quality while maintaining service continuity
- Coach and develop a high-performing leadership layer across service teams
- Partner with cross-functional leaders and external stakeholders to embed best practice

We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years in senior operational or service leadership roles
- Proven track record leading performance uplift and service transformation
- Strong capability in managing diverse teams across complex environments
- Experience in customer-centric sectors such as health, human services, or professional services
- Familiarity with self-directed models or principles of customer choice is a plus
- A hands-on, empathetic and engaging leadership style
- Work with a supportive, people-first leadership team
