Position: Junior Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Auckland | Fixed Term Position

About the role: 
We’re looking for a proactive Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support the IT support environment and ensure technology solutions run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in supporting internal systems, providing helpdesk support, maintaining hardware/software, and contributing to technology projects.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide helpdesk and technical support to users
  • Manage servers, networks, and cloud-based systems (Microsoft 365 & Azure)
  • Support system upgrades, security, and maintenance
  • Assist with IT projects and process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
What you’ll bring:
  • Tertiary qualification or Microsoft certification in IT
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Expereince with Level 1 and Levle 2 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, O365, Windows Server)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter attitude with great attention to detail
