About the role:
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Auckland (across Mt Wellington and Favona). As the Logistics Sales Support go to person, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure the sales team operates at full speed. From preparing RFP responses to onboarding new clients, your support will directly impact how quickly and effectively deals move through the pipeline.
Day to day, you’ll be:
  • Creating compelling RFPs, tender responses and sales proposals
  • Coordinating internal inputs from finance, legal and operations
  • Assisting with contract negotiation logistics and documentation
  • Managing internal follow-ups to ensure prompt customer responses
  • Building onboarding briefings and tracking handovers into BAU
  • Maintaining accurate sales reporting and CRM data
  • Your work will help reduce the administrative load on the sales team and accelerate the close of deals.

About you:
You’re a proactive problem-solver with a knack for getting things done. You’ll bring strong coordination skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence working across different teams.
We’re looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in sales support, enablement or project coordination
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working with CRM systems and managing reporting
  • A genuine passion for helping teams succeed and customers onboard smoothly
