- Proven leadership experience in a regional or multi-site role
- Strong operational, financial, and commercial acumen
- Experience leading diverse teams and creating a high-performance culture
- Civil construction industry experience
- A collaborative leadership style with great communication skills
- A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within New Zealand
