About the Role
As a Senior Credit Controller, you'll play a vital role in helping the team achieve their goals while making a positive impact on customers. This role will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers and supporting a small team of credit controllers with day-to-day responsibilities. You'll work closely with our National Credit Manager, Divisional Finance teams, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve our targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring timely collections and strong relationship management
- Act as a team leader, supporting and mentoring a team of 5 credit controllers
- Support with the efficient and effective management of the overall credit function by setting team strategies and priorities.
- Reviewing and reporting on commercial customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and providing excellent customer service.
About You
