Systems Architect

About the Role
As the Systems Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing technology solutions that align with our business objectives and technology strategy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to define architecture standards, evaluate new technologies, and ensure solutions are robust, secure, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document system architecture across applications, infrastructure, and integrations
• Lead architecture discussions and decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Align solutions with enterprise standards, security requirements, and business goals
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to support growth and innovation
• Guide development teams through implementation, ensuring architectural integrity
• Identify risks and propose solutions early in the design process
• Support strategic planning and contribute to the technology roadmap

Technical Expertise

• Strong analytical skills with a track record of addressing complex technical challenges and delivering clear, practical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Skilled in designing modular and flexible system architectures, with the ability to bridge high-level design and hands-on implementation across multiple platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise-level systems including spatial and GIS platforms, master data and case management solutions, and field service technologies.
• Sound knowledge of identity management, data security principles, and privacy regulations, with the ability to embed these into architectural design.
• Practical experience in setting up and managing automated development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and release automation.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe practices, with an emphasis on supporting scalable, iterative delivery and long-term system evolution.
• Capable of producing high-quality architectural documentation to support technical alignment and stakeholder communication.

Proven Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in leading technical teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems architecture, Agile or SAFe.
• Strong collaboration skills across the business and a leadership style that guides and supports teams.
• The ability to translate complex business processes into architectural solutions.
• Qualifications in  Computer Science or Information Technology.
