As part of the Senior Leadership Team this role is pivotal to the business and with that come great opportunities to stretch and develop yourself and your teams.
About the role:
This role is accountable for delivering exceptional service to clients within the designated regions encompassing eight branches, as well as looking for and securing opportunities for growth. Customer experience is at the forefront of their successful operations, the pace is fierce, and their teams dedicated to success.

About you:
You will be numerically and commercially strong and used to running a full P&L. This position requires a high level of financial acumen which underpins the role, without it you will be out of your depth.
Equally, leadership comes naturally to you and your adaptable communication style means you are known for building strong and effective working relationships in your career to date.
This may be one of the most senior roles in their business but it’s never too far from the coal face. You will need to be genuinely comfortable rolling up your sleeves and helping on the front line as and when required.
This business runs 24/7 and they need people dedicated to providing the best service to their clients. If you’re a clock watcher this won’t be the right role for you.
