About the organisation:

This group of exceptionally capable and dedicated people play a critical role in driving health and social wellbeing for all New Zealanders, especially those who need it the most. Based in the CBD, this collaborative team really care about the work they do and the people they work with. They are small enough to make a difference, but the reach of their work is broad and tangible.

About the role:

As part of a high-calibre team, this role’s focus is on providing quality policy advice, analysis and evaluation that contributes to the development and implementation of the organisation’s - and the government’s - policies. This role is highly collaborative and will test both your quantitative and qualitative skills.

About you:

With your proven ability to bring Te ao Māori perspectives to your work, you will want to build on your experience to date delivering, implementing, analysing and evaluating policy. You will be exceptionally strong at quantitative data analysis, but also able to weave your qualitative analysis into sound recommendations. You will be a natural collaborator and have strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional communication skills.

  • Tertiary qualification in health or public health, social science or public policy (preferred)
