Based in the CBD this collaborative team really care about the work they do and the people they work with. They are small enough to make a difference, but the reach of their work is broad and tangible.

About the role:

As the key support person to the System Design & Transformation Lead, this roles focus is the ongoing development, refinement and evaluation of the existing investment framework and the processes and systems that underpin it. With the organization’s strategic objectives in mind you will monitor, analyse and evaluate this framework, redesigning investment mechanisms and systems driving towards a position where continuous improvement becomes the norm.

About you:

You will be able to evidence your evaluation, system design and business process management skills through to implementation with Te ao Māori perspective. Your analytical, data, policy and project management skills will have been tested in a highly complex environment where you’ve been accountable to government, tax payers, Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tangata whenua as a priority. You will naturally be collaborative, have strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional communication skills.
