Insights Manager Case Study

Background to the role:

There was a specific skill set and clear brief from the client for this niche role. The role worked with sales and consumer data to derive insights and channel behaviour, along with managing research projects for business decisions. It is the conduit between the IT team and the rest of the business, whilst working closely with sales and marketing teams.

The client had been recruiting this role for over a year. They had changed the role, had listed it with several different agencies, and were looking for a new targeted approach after traditional recruitment advertising had been used extensively but with no success.
